At Femnin Nigeria, we take pride in creating quality pieces designed with care and attention to detail. As an independent fashion brand, we currently do not offer refunds on purchased items.

However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we offer exchanges only under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order if your item meets any of the following criteria:

1. Wrong Item Delivered

You received an item that differs from what you ordered in terms of:

• Style
• Size
• Color

1. Damaged or Defective Item

Your item arrived with a manufacturing defect or damage.

Please note: Clear photos or videos must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery as proof of the issue.

3. Sizing Issues (Ready-to-Wear Items Only)

An exchange may be approved if:

• The item does not correspond with the size chart or measurements provided.
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

1. Incomplete Order

One or more items from your order were missing upon delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Custom-made or made-to-measure pieces
• Sale, promotional, or discounted items
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without their original tags, packaging, or accessories

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

1. Email us at info@femnin.ng within 5 days of receiving your order.
2. Include:
   • Your order number
   • A brief description of the issue
   • Supporting photos or videos (where applicable)
3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
4. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the error was made by Femnin Nigeria.
